Las prestaciones requieren Autorizacion PREVIA de Auditoria Medica de OSAPM Central.
La autorización debe estar bien completa con firma, fechas y sellos correspondientes.
Se solicita con Diagnóstico.
Se autorizan 30 sesiones anuales, en caso de necesitar mas sesiones se solicita con breve informe que justifique el pedido y en ese caso se abona copago.
